**Roles, Responsibilities & Authority**:

- Handle administrative part of the department eg data entry, documentation and filling of documents
- Assist to prepare related documents of process customer order eg quotation, purchase order, invoice and other related documents involved in order processing i.e. shipping instructions and other technical inquiries forms
- Coordinate with internal support team on shipment arrangements
- Prepare shipping documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Superior

**Requirement**:

- Min SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematic
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word etc

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

**Experience**:
