As a Sales Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness
- Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell and sustainability
- Handle potential clients on a daily basis through various channels (mainly phone call)

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Passionate in sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
