**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the smartphone services industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
**2. Employee Relations and Engagement**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
**3. Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both internally and externally.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide career development support and opportunities for employees to enhance their professional growth within the organization.
**4. Compensation and Benefits Administration**:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and issues.
**5. HR Administration and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in HR regulations and industry trends, and make recommendations for policy updates or changes as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Experience working in the technology or smartphone services industry is a plus.
