- **Working Day/Hours**: Saturday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
- **Salary**:RM2000 - RM2700

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance managemen
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws, EPF/SOCSO procedures, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software/systems.
- Able to start immediately and work independently with mínimal supervision.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations including staff attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes - from job posting to interview arrangement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Assist in performance evaluations, employee engagement programs, and staff welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and HR-related matters.
- Contribute ideas to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
