Job Description:
- Preparing, printing and scanning related documentation
- Experienced in handling quotations, invoices, purchase orders & delivery orders.
- Experienced in dealing with customers & suppliers.
- To be responsible in all admin related tasks
- Ensure all filing and documentation are proper
- Purchase stationery whenever necessary
- To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- A self starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
- Maintain and Update accurate records
- Answer telephone calls and take messages whenever required and handle general enquiries.
- Preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Job Requirement:
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently, perform multi-task.
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking and to work well under pressure
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Must complete at least 2 dost of vaccination
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
