Jr. PMO Executive/ Asst. PMO Executive

**Position: Jr. PMO Executive/ Asst. PMO Executive (Drone Pilot)**

**Based at: Operational Site Plant, Setiu, Terengganu & Operational Site TSM, Marang, Terengganu**

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Reporting to Senior Project Executive & Project Engineer (Employment Contract)

JD role not limited to TSC’s and/or associate silica beneficiation companies;
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and execute drone mission based on the requirement of every required department;
- Formulating project parameters and processing various type of drone data and report to suite the operation department.
- Interacting with contractor/supplier, interpreting the department needs and requirements, and representing them in the field;
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status;
- Cooperating and communicating with the project engineer and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability;
- Communicate and work effectively with other staffs who are based in other locations;
- Ensuring that there is no material loss to the company resulting from missing/misplaced hardware when out on projects;
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions;
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment;
- Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests;
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and Specifications;
- Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives; determining project objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating relevance, time, and costs;
- Anticipates potential operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, unit limitations, monitoring unit performance;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all operations by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;
- Works with the Project Team to create the concept and modifies into fruition;
- Drafting including submission of proposals, construction drawings, and as-built drawings;
- Work closely with the project team in order to prepare and set out drawings;
- Coordinate with the project team for any revision / amendment of drawings to ensure consistent documentation of the project;
- Involve in every project’s meeting to discuss with the project team and prepare technical drawings and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
- Support time to time tasks assigned by the superior.

**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Remote Pilot Certificate Of Competency Basic (RCOC-B) By Civil Aviation Authority Of Malaysia (CAAM);
- Experience Drone Operation Exploration, Training, Plan, Survey, Mapping & Terrain Analysis
- At least a Diploma in surveying and mapping, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field;
- Experience in usage of AUTOCAD, 3D modelling & GIS software;
- Experience in project management on site coordination, project inspection & verification;
- Able to understand engineering type drawing (civil, mechanical & electrical);
- Experience in the Mining, Processing and Port industry is a plus.
