As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company's overall digital marketing strategy. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion. Your role will involve planning and executing various digital campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously optimizing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of digital marketing specialists, assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, development) to create compelling and effective digital assets.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Job Requirements:

- Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful digital campaigns and teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, drawing insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Innovative thinker who can develop unique and engaging digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
