**What you will do**:

- Achieve a smooth process control system such as Pipeline Management System (PipS), Project Management Touchpoint System (PMT) and Finance Operations System (Finsight).
- Learn to perform review and data cleaning on Business Units resource allocation before updating into consolidated template in the system.
- Assist the superior and colleague to prepare monthly Resource Allocation Management report for review during operation meeting.
- To perform data entry and maintenance of Demand data and Project data based on project information provided by the respective department.
- Create and update workflows and conduct operational risk analysis.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Collate project costing and provide monthly variance analysis on cost deviations.
- Monitor internal project / system implementation and address potential issues.
- Acquired ability to measure and report on project performance across the business units.

**; Requirements: - What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, System Engineering, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules as part of current course curriculum.
- Knowledge of project management software (not mandatory).
- Good analytical skill, team spirit and willingness to learn new skills.
- Effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
