**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize on the ticketing portal - organize, update, follow-up and assign tickets to the appropriate support members.
- To assist mainly for support related matters in terms of Application / IT Support.
- To provide over the phone support, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve minor issues - Level 1
- All existing Application and IT Support members will act as Level 2.
- Test and evaluate new technology as assigned by the role manager.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance - Request for new toll-free number for the support so he/she also able to assist on transferring the call to the appropriate department namely Sales, Support, Finance and General Inquiries.
- Support during normal working hours.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Experience in Customer Service Support - IT Industry
- Possess IT knowledge and familiar with POS Systems, Ticketing System
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and patience when solving problems.
- Diploma in Computer Studies - Must be able to converse in English / Malay.

Location: Kepong (POS System)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
