Customer Service Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Monday to Friday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM); Saturday & Sunday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient support about products and services.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
- Skills & Other Qualities/ Preferences Required:
- Proficiency in both English and Malay is essential; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including the ability to work on public holidays and weekends.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
