We are seeking a highly organized and versatile **Business Support Specialist** to join our vibrant team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist with managing HR relevant documentations and implementing various initiatives.
- Assist and at times lead in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. This includes, overseeing the planning, execution and tracking of the progress of the assigned projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Handle inquiries from customers and clients, providing information and resolving issues when required.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with relevant stakeholders.
