_**Responsibilities**_
- Assist in daily administration duties related to operations activities.
- Daily monitor and follow up on operational activities (Production performance, Harvesting, FFB evacuation, Machineries & Vehicle running, Upkeep Maintenance, etc.).
- Assist in preparing, analyzing and commenting, attending, follow up on daily/weekly/monthly reports and monthly meetings
- Assist superior to review day to day operational function and suggest potential improvement and cost effectiveness.
- Communicate with relevant personal/in-charge on the operation progress and activities.
- Compiling, sorting, gathering and checking on operational documents such as Contract agreement, Contractors’ claims, payments, etc.
- Assist in preparing, analysing and commenting, attending, follow up on daily/weekly/monthly reports and monthly meetings
- Perform site visit / review on operation activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior / Management from Time to time.
- **Functional Competency**_
- Background in **Accounting / Audit** is an advantage.
- Required to have language skills in conversing and writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Conversing and writing in Chinese is added advantage.
- Basic skills in operating Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint is required for the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
