Receptionist Admin Assistant

Greet visitors with warm greetings and a friendly manner.
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of the callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department courteously and professionally.
- Receives, sort and distributes mail according to department.
- To monitor and record incoming & outgoing courier/parcel.
- Maintain reception area and workplace neat and tidy by complying with procedures, rules and regulation.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitor logbook, and etc).
- In-charge for office stationery, pantry and to ensure the inventory of stock is sufficient.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist and monitor of meeting rooms booking.
- Perform other clerical administrative support duties such as filling, photocopying and transcribing.
- Assist other teammates whenever there is necessary.
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or Diploma in related fields.
- Good command in English and Bahasa.
- Have good time management skills, high energy and super follow-through.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
