- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for minimum of 5-10 years.
- **Able to read, write and speak well in mandarin.**:
- People oriented and result driven.
- Knowledge of Human Resource system.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
- Competence to build and effectively mange interpersonal relationship at all the levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- **Willing to work at Klang, Selangor**
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
