**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and management reports for the group of companies, including construction and property development arms.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate consolidation of financial data in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of subsidiaries and joint ventures, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee statutory audits, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of audits and tax filings.
- Manage SST, income tax, deferred tax computation, and ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation.
- Review and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency across the group.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises; assist in the preparation of financial projections and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Coordinate with project teams on cost control, cash flow monitoring, and project-related financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Member of a recognized professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) is preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in a group accounting role.
- Experience in the **construction and/or property development** industry is **highly preferred**.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and financial consolidation processes.
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,800.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
