**Responsibilities**
- Delivers a unique customer experience which aligns with the company's values
- Acquires and maintains excellent knowledge of our services and values
- Strategically develops and implements strategies to grow the company's numbers and improve services
- Maintains and updates databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
- Provides regular reports to the company's leadership team
- Plans and coordinates events, which may include holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal events
- Participates in regular professional development training and skills programmes as required
- Approaches new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do approach
- Dresses in a modest and professional manner
- Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
- Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Completes any lawful instructions given and/or work assigned by any Principal, Director, or Managerial Staff of DLC, which may or may not be related to the position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
