**Job Summary**

Administration:

- File and maintain daily Yum checklists.
- Compile and manage restaurant orders for distribution.
- Handle HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare invoices, pack summaries, and arrange orders.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels and generate stock take reports via JDE system.
- Ensure First Expired, First Out (FEFO) practices are followed.
- Maintain inventory integrity and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Prepare Stock Receive Tally Sheets (SRTS) and process inventory cost transactions.

Inbound and Outbound Management:

- Compile signed Delivery Orders (DO) and Return Advice (RA).
- Allocate orders based on import sales orders from JDE.
- Issue Credit Orders (CO) for damaged, extra, or wrongly ordered products.

Compliance with Regulatory Requirements:

- Ensure adherence to local regulations, food safety, and quality standards (e.g., Halal, DOSH, DOE).

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Minimum SPM or STPM.
- Experience: At least 1 year in administrative or clerical work.
- Skills: Good communication (BM & English), basic keyboard skills, and attention to detail.
- Health: Physically fit and mentally healthy.
- Attributes: Independent, disciplined, team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Availability: Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and long hours during peak seasons.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
