Sales and Invoicing Assistant

Job Scope:
- Download PO and ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Issue Credit Note
- All documentation filling in neat and no missing
- Call customer to get daily order
- Ensure data and records are kept up to date
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients
- Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices
Requirement:
- At least 1 year working experience is preferable
- Able to work independently
- Fast learner
- Accept multitask
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
