**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to support the expansion of our agriculture-focused customer base while managing elements of procurement and trade coordination. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and supply chain support across cross-border markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow a **cross-border customer base** aligned with business and agriculture trading goals
- Identify and establish **onboarding channels** to sustainably introduce new customers, especially in the agri-commodities sector
- Act as the **single point of contact (SPOC)** for all customer communications and coordination throughout the trade lifecycle
- Build a **strong customer pipeline** across key agricultural product categories to support growth from Malaysia into regional markets
- Support **procurement activities**, including identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating prices, and coordinating order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of trade documentation, logistics, and payment terms
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any trade or delivery-related issues promptly
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the agriculture sector to support sales strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **sales, business development**, or **procurement**, preferably within the agriculture or trading industry
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of cross-border trade, sourcing, or agricultural commodities is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
