**Sponsorship Acquisition**:

**Proposal Development**:

- Prepare persuasive sponsorship proposals tailored to the needs of potential sponsors.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring sponsors are updated on event progress and deliverables.

**Event Coordination**:

- Ensure sponsor benefits and branding visibility are delivered as per agreements.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

**Job Requirements**:

**Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship, sales, or event management is preferred. Fresh graduates with a passion for events and sales are welcome to apply.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
