**ROLE**

E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various third-party e-commerce platforms in Malaysia (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and etc). This role involves overseeing product listings, pricing strategies, performance metrics, and customer feedback to ensure a strong marketplace presence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

= Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings comply with platform guidelines and optimize them for search visibility.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Merchandising teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for marketplace sales.
- Implement strategies to prevent overstock or out-of-stock situations.
- Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer reviews) on marketplace platforms.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on marketplace platforms.
- Implement strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns and advertisements on marketplace platforms.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure compliance in all activities.
- Address any policy violations or issues promptly.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, marketing or related fields (preferred).
- Prior experience in E-commerce marketplace management or related roles is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team oriented personality, and able to undertake given tasks independently.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles is a plus.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Base : Sungai Buloh, Selangor

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
