Digital Marketing Executive

8.30am to 5.30pm

9.30am to 6.30pm

10.30am to 7.30pm

Job Scope:

- Must be able to move around and create attractive videos for marketing campaigns.
- Develop visually engaging product displays, promotions, and sales banners for both in-store and online use.
- Assist in managing and updating the company social media platforms and website.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to understand marketing needs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Design and optimize assets for different screen sizes and devices.
- Monitor the performance of design elements on the e-commerce site and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all marketing materials meet retail industry standards and are optimized for various formats and platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Any additional tasks and supports role as requested for company marketing events.

Job Requirement:

- Must be mobile for different marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience as a digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proficient in Canva or related skills in Adobe.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong experience with e-commerce platform management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Insta, RedNote).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work, including e-commerce-related projects.
- Can work in minimum supervision.
- Willing to work at Tmn Desa Kundang
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
