Ensure safety, schedule adherence, cost efficiency, and quality standards are met, supporting the Project Manager in achieving these goals for all site activities.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, particularly M&E works in relation to architectural tasks.
- Monitor site progress and ensure daily construction activities align with the work program while resolving technical issues promptly.
- Implement and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, including installation and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of all M&E works.
- Prepare work method statements, technical reports, and T&C procedures for M&E works.
- Review construction drawings (both hard copy and AutoCAD files) for discrepancies and fully understand the scope of all M&E trades.
- Ensure M&E subcontractors use the latest construction drawings to prepare shop drawings for submission and construction.
- Review M&E subcontractors’ shop drawings and produce coordination drawings to facilitate smooth site construction.
- Organize coordination meetings with M&E subcontractors and document minutes of meetings.
- Provide site staff with the necessary technical knowledge and resources.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure the execution of COVID-19 SOPs in compliance with relevant authorities' requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.
- At least 3 years of site experience in the construction industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
