The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide suitable solutions/products/services.
- Manage the full client account cycle from onboarding, service delivery, to renewal.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products/services to maximize business opportunities.
- Handle client issues, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, and support) to deliver quality service.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to improve business strategies.
- Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and compliance with company policies.
- Handling full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring accurate and timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
- Managing tax submissions (e.g., SST, corporate tax) and liaising with tax agents.
- Coordinating with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Assisting in cash flow management and budgeting processes.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a strong business sense.
