We are a rapidly growing organization that is committed to delivering high-quality management services for rental properties and agricultural operations. As part of our Special Projects, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Admin Finance Executive to oversee the financial administration and operations of both our agro and rental housing projects.
**Job Overview**:
The Admin Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting related to the agro and rental housing projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:
- Prepare and manage budgets for both rental properties and agro operations.
- Track income and expenses, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports for internal stakeholders as required.
- Ensure timely payment of rents, supplier invoices, and other financial obligations.
**Billing & Collection**:
- Manage the collection of rental payments from tenants.
- Prepare and issue billing statements for rental properties.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of overdue rental payments.
**Tenant Management**:
- Draft and manage tenant agreements (TA).
- Handle tenant complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and concerns.
**Admin Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of property and farm operations.
- Prepare memos, reports, and other administrative documents as required.
- Assist in planning and executing project-related tasks and events.
- Oversee the general administrative functions of both the rental and agro projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in property management or agriculture.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
