About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily security operations across multiple client sites.
- Coordinate scheduling and deployment of security personnel to ensure full coverage.
- Monitor staff performance, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct routine site visits to assess security protocols, equipment, and personnel effectiveness.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of security staff.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or client concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support the Operations Manager in budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance evaluations to senior management.Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in handling emergency situations and incident response.**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in security management or related field preferred.
- Must be able to speak and write in English proficiently.
- Ability to converse in any other languages other then English And Malay will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in security management or operations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
