- Consistently doing quality check on all products to maintain product quality & presentation.
- Manages labour hours effectively and on scale appropriate to business needs
- Monitors stock inventory and makes appropriate orders within the budget.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years experience in pastry or bakery baking
- Knowledge of French pastry or bread baking experience within hospitality industry, ideally in a high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office & Excel
- Able to travel to work within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
