**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret operational data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports on a weekly and monthly basis for operational improvement.
- Prepare monthly management decks with insightful commentary on key trends, progress of key initiatives, variance analysis.
- Work closely with the management team to keep abreast of latest initiatives in the pipeline that will affect future financial performance.
- Lead small projects related to operational improvements, i.e., to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Will be taking over part of Senior Business Analyst’s role.
- Focus on non-Financial Planning & Analysis projects in the future.
- Routine work will be passed on to Junior reporting analysts.
- All projects / work done is non-routine.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree, majoring in Accountancy, Finance or Business, with min. GPA of 3.00.
- Working experience 1-3 years as Management Accountant or Business Analyst is preferable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL (other coding languages is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills to process voluminous data, interpret trends, establish high-quality insights and business implications.
- Attention to details and ability to perform basic sanity checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Business-minded individual with an intuitive sense of numbers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings, and presentations.
- Interest in understanding operational processes to improve quality of analysis.
- Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Able to work in a fluid and ambiguous environment.
