Job Title: User Acquisition Manager

Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our gaming company. You will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies in SEA Region aimed at converting leads from our marketing efforts into active players in the game. You will be working closely with our marketing, product and analytics teams to achieve this goal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement user acquisition plans and campaigns, using a data-driven approach to maximize player conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to identify target audiences and optimize user acquisition efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, user preferences and acquisition strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the rest of the team
- Test and optimize different user acquisition campaigns to identify what works best for our target audience
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated user acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with product and content teams to develop user acquisition initiatives that align with overall business goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or related fields. Experience in SEA Region User Acquisition in Online Gaming industry is a bonus
- Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and performance marketing techniques
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends
