Assistant Manager, Customer Journey

Then you’ve come to the right place We are looking for a highly motivated person with Digital and CRM experience and expertise to join us at our Region Overseas Digital Marketing Team based in Malaysia.
- The Region Overseas (MS/O) is responsible for large mature and emerging markets across different geographies, small to medium-sized sales and marketing companies (MPCs), and importers' markets/general distributors. This Region includes many markets, including Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa.
- Your tasks would include managing the demands and briefings from markets to deliver regional CRM Roadmap, priorities and recommendations. This includes crafting the regional CRM blueprints alongside the adoption plan for the markets. You will be leading the creation, steering and development of CRM and Data-Driven Marketing strategies, continuously boosting innovations in multiple digital solutions whilst assuring a high degree of value added for the our global business streams:
- Support and contribute to the governance, standardization and performance steering of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system, enhancements and integrations in Region Overseas.
- Execute, together with the Region Overseas markets, actions plans for CRM and Digital Marketing Strategy for campaigns and always-on activations to drive leads and sales conversion.
- Support and contribute to the Regional CRM Roadmap planning to achieve 360 CRM with holistic customer journey management.
- Responsible for managing the Regional Use Case Blueprint for market adoption based on local market needs.
- Having a good understanding of local marketing needs and CRM system landscape, able to articulate the business benefits and highlight on the right usage of the product towards the goal of building an automated and integrated seamless customer journey mapping across touch points and platforms.
- Support markets to achieve the optimal use of the SFMC solution including platform management and maintenance, contact strategy blueprint and demand management, contact strategy market planning and implementation, etc.
- Spearhead content and template development as well as targeting personalization activities i.e. Regional Template governance on CI and brand design, CRM Asset Management and Content Sharing with markets
- Collaborate with markets and SFMC Ops team to define KPIs, regional templates and dashboards to maintain and improve the overall customer journey performance
- Collaborate with the HQ CRM team to translate global CRM initiatives into Regional impact and to coordinate, where relevant, information/initiatives/projects from the HQ team/s towards the markets

**Qualifikationen**:
- Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 3 years work-experience within the digital marketing or any marketing automation platform to adopt and rollout use cases and customer journeys (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign HotSpot, Marketo)
- Understanding of SQL with strong knowledge of leveraging SQL for SFMC segmentation and in depth knowledge of relational databases in terms of segmentation and personalization
- Marketing and campaign planning experience in customer journey creation, including data driven journeys
- Understanding of overall tech landscape incl. CRM, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, DMP, OneWeb, etc.
- Experience in data-driven personalized 360° customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background
- Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem solving combined with strategic business focus and vision.
