Assistant Manager, Interaction Studio

The region includes the markets Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa. What we are looking for:
- We are searching for a Interaction Studio expert to drive the technical implementation of personalization & drive efficient content implementations. You should be an open-minded and collaborative self-starter, looking to explore new ways of working and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of core team working in the agile methodology to drive the personalization technical implementation across the industry. Responsibilities:
- Deliver implementation enhancements based on expertise Supporting local markets in roll-out and line operations day to day for Interaction Studio Being successful in this role requires a good understanding of local marketing needs, articulating the business benefits by consulting and highlighting on the right usage of the product. In this role you will be consulting markets on customer journey operations, with a focus on personalization and support markets to achieve the optimal use of Interaction Studio Development of use case variations with markets and optimization tactics Demand management and co-ordination with HQ and market Cross-stream alignment with Marketing Cloud, Social Studio and MB website instance Alignment with the central product owners for streamlined project management Monitor KPIs and work and consultant proactively to optimize the performance and effectiveness Understand product development and support rollout of system enhancements Analyze business requirements and design business solutions closely with business partners based on needs We offer:

- 5-7 years of overall work experience, Ideally 3+ years of Salesforce portfolio/similar experience Ideally 3+ years of Salesforce portfolio/similar experience Salesforce Interaction Studio knowledge & experience Experience in customer journey creation, including data driven journeys Understanding of overall salesforce tech landscape Ability to translate local market Business and technical requirements and provide optimization strategies Holistic data-driven personalized 360° customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background Industry experience (optional) Other Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in data-driven personalized 360° customer marketing approach with digital native skills. Experience within e-commerce platforms & martech tools Experience working with many markets / international client experience is a plus Good understanding of audience strategy and personalization Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and exceptional faculty of expression Personal competencies:
