**DJI Malaysia is hiring Assistant Finance Manager**
- Manage the overall core financial functions of the Company which include accounting receivable, account payables, and general ledger
- Responsible for month-end and year end closing of financial statements in accordance with MFRS and China's accounting standards
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management on monthly basis, recommends variances as necessary
- Perform monthly stock take
- Provide accounting assistance to business and operation units, responds to financial questions/ concerns to meet business needs
- Identity and actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency of the department and company
- Liaison with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and sound internal control
- Leading a team of 10 - 12 persons and managing daily operations
- Handle multiple company's accounts
- Any other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary
- Must be able to report to both local and China's management

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably to have partial (final stage) or complete professional qualification (ACCA/ CIMA/ MICPA/ CPA/ ICAEW or equivalent)
- Competent in Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Attention to details, proactive, independent and possess good financial analytical skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen and internal control skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with salesperson and operations staffs and all management levels
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in related filed and at least 3 years managerial experiences
- Those familiar with both Malaysia and China accounting and taxation regulation will be preferred
- Preferably experience in supervising a small team (5-10 persons)
- Experience in Retail or internal or external auditing is added advantage
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Possesses self-initiative and assertive, able to communicate with people of all levels
- Good communications skills with fluent in English & Mandarin (due to nature of business)
- Must have own transportation and able to travel when necessary
- Alternate Saturday half day
