We seek to enable our suppliers, manage and improve their performance, identify and mitigate risks as well as manage bottlenecks in an overall effort to improve the flexibility of our supply chain. In order to strengthen our recently established global Supplier Collaboration and Enabling team we are looking for a Logistics Supplier Mentor.**Your contribution to something big**:

- Lead logistics collaboration with assigned suppliers on global level
- Assume responsibility for negotiation of logistics framework agreements on behalf of PT
- plants
- Drive continuous improvement of supplier performance by monitoring relevant KPIs, definition and implementation of improvement measures
- Identify supply chain risks and initiate mitigation measures
- Provide training & strategic support to logistics counter parts at suppliers
- Ensure regular communication on supplier’s delivery situation
- Manage worldwide bottlenecks and allocate quantities between PT plants
- Conduct regular supplier visits and audits

**Qualifications**
- Personality: You are a strong communicator and team player who understands the importance of supplier collaboration for business success in a volatile market environment. You enjoy driving business performance and are willing to negotiate for win-win agreements with our partners.
- Qualifications: You have a relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering)
- Practical Experience: You have at least 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Purchasing.
- Experience & Knowledge: You are experienced in logistics planning and logistics improvement projects. As an advantage: you have experience in purchasing negotiations and supplier development.
- Communication & Collaboration: You are a strong networker who likes to collaborate cross
- functionally with internal and external partners. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: You are fluent in English.
- Flexibility: You are ready to work in an international environment and travel internationally for several days occasionally
