Job Purpose:

- The Document Controller ensures effective management, control, and distribution of project and operational documents at ENQUEST PETROLEUM. This role supports compliance with company and industry standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and control the flow of engineering, project, and corporate documentation (e.g., technical drawings, datasheets, procedures, manuals).
- Receive, register, track, and archive documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Maintain document control registers and systems.
- Ensure documents are properly formatted and compliant with internal standards.
- Distribute documents to internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and clients as per distribution matrix.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
- Coordinate document revisions and updates, ensuring the latest versions are accessible to stakeholders.
- Generate reports on document control status and metrics for management.
- Support audits and reviews by providing required documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Oil & Gas, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in document control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in document management systems (EDMS).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.

Job Placement
- 4 Months at Orogenic Resources Sdn.Bhd. (Puncak Alam)
- 2 Months at EnQuest Petroleum (KLCC)

*CONTRACT WILL BE RENEWED EVERY 6 MONTHS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
