Purpose of the Job

Lead a team of Subcontracts (Pre-Award) engineers to coordinate and interface with the various stakeholders internally and externally for the compilation of terms and conditions and exhibits and negotiation of OBU Purchase Orders (POs) and Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreements (CNDAs) at the pre-award stage.
Lead a team of Subcontracts (Pre-Award) engineers to coordinate the finalization and execution of agreed contracts in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that MISC contractual exposure is addressed and mitigated in a timely and efficient manner at the pre-award stage

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Quantity Surveying / Engineering or other equivalent professional qualification

**Experience**: Miminum of 10 years relevant experience in the execution of major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects or equivalent
