**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all **mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP)** works with structural and architectural teams.
- Review **M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions** to ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
- Liaise with **consultants, clients, and subcontractors** to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare and monitor **M&E work schedules, progress reports, and coordination drawings.**:

- Conduct **site inspections** to verify that works are carried out according to approved drawings and safety requirements.
- Ensure proper **installation, testing, and commissioning** of M&E systems.
- Attend and lead **coordination meetings** with consultants and contractors.
- Manage **variation orders**, materials approval, and technical documentation related to M&E works.
- Ensure all M&E activities comply with **local authorities’ regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga, BOMBA, JKR, etc.)**.
- Support the project team in ensuring **timely project delivery** and handover.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering** or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
- Good understanding of **M&E systems** (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **construction drawings, standards, and local authority requirements.**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools.**:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work **independently and under pressure** to meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,453.25 - RM11,544.24 per month
