What you will do (Key Responsibilities):


• To coordinate, review and monitor M&E work progress at project site to ensure the progress is met with the deadline.


• To execute good project management practices in line with Company's policies on safety, quality, cost effectiveness and timely from project initiation until a satisfactory project completion.


• To review M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Company provisions.


• To check and coordinate combine service drawings and liaise with M&E consultants.


• To liaise with all the consultants and clients on M&E works.


• To prepare progress report as required by superior.


• To carry out all the inspections with consultants.


• To attend all project and progress meetings as per meeting schedule.


• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Site Manager from time to time.

What do we need from you (Job Qualifications):


• At least a degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience.


• Able to work independently to maintain high standard and accuracy.


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.


• Adaptable to a working environment and work well in a team.
