About the role

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented M&E Engineer (Building) to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the mechanical and electrical systems for our building projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  2. Monitoring the installation and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with regulations and design specifications
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during construction or building operations
  4. Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation to support project delivery
  5. Providing technical guidance and support to the wider project team

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E Engineer in the building industry
  3. Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings
  4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  7. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
