Responsibilities:

  • Assist and report to site management on M&E related matters and the progress of M&E works.
  • Conduct and take lead in M&E sub-contractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the M&E consultants or sub-contractors on drawings, material submission, request for information and site evaluation of work done.
  • Collaborate with consultant and authorities on M&E works.
  • Coordinate and obtain approval for all sample submission and shop drawings from consultants.
  • To plan on works schedule, manpower requirements, supplies and materials when necessary.
  • Ensure minimize wastage and arrange proper storage place for all materials related to M&E.
  • Supervise all M&E works carried out as scheduled and in accordance to drawings, specifications and requirements.
  • Organize and conduct functional test and commissioning of all M&E materials and equipment.
  • Do site inspection of M&E works with client's Clerk of Works.
  • Assist management for ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementations for the company.
  • Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in similar position or related field. (Construction)
  • Preferably Senior Executive / Senior Coordinator.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literature, excellent communication skill and teamworks.
