**POSITION: Restaurant Outlet Manager/Asst. Outlet Manager/Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **daily restaurant operations**, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Monitor staff **performance and productivity**, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in **meeting sales targets and profitability goals**.
- Ensure adherence to **safety, hygiene, and customer service standards**.
- Manage **stock control and ordering**, ensuring sufficient inventory while minimizing wastage.
- Handle **customer complaints and feedback** professionally.
- Coordinate between **kitchen and service teams** to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in **staff scheduling and shift planning**.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **food & beverage supervision**.
- Strong leadership, **team management, and communication skills**.
- Basic understanding of **inventory control and cost management**.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
