Collecting and analysing data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Designing the whole business intelligence architecture to support the organization's specific needs and requirements.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing data governance processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design BI solutions to meet those needs.
- Analysing data to identify patterns and trends, which can improve operational and marketing efforts.
- Designing data models to help the platform understand their customers through segmentation analyses.
- Through data analysis, recommend changes to current business processes in order to improve efficiency, scalability and profitability.
- Conducting assessments of new technologies that could improve business operations or customer satisfaction.
- Assist and provide reports for measuring performance against targets to determine whether goals are being met for all commercial and operational departments.
- Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for growth or potential risks to the company’s business model.
- Continuously evaluating and improving the organization's BI strategy and processes to meet changing business needs.
- Troubleshooting BI systems and processes as required.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics with Computing, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in data analyst/ business intelligence role in Information Technology related field.
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
- Deep understanding of the data analysis and reporting.
- Technical knowledge on Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau will be an advantage.
- A data driven mindset supported by focus on consistent product improvement.
- Great organisational skills and an ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Attention for detail with an ability to critique in a constructive and precise way.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, allowing for data driven decision making.
- Thorough understanding of the company business processes and the industry at large.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
- Able to speak, read and write in **Mandarin** and **English** (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients due to work nature)
- **Must be able and willing to work at Penang Island.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
