**Job Description**:
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make informed decisions to prevent budget overruns.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate change requests, assess their impact, and make decisions on incorporating changes into the project scope.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project analysis.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management processes and the broader engineering organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, development processes, and technology trends.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective communication.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
