**Job title: Sales & Marketing Manager**
**Location: Georgetown,Penang**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, GPs, insurance companies, and corporate panels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and third-party providers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of patient volume and revenue.
- Coordinate with medical teams to understand service offerings and promote accordingly.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Marketing & Branding**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, health talks, roadshows, and events.
- Manage social media accounts, update content, and support online marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on competitors and market trends.
- Work with designers and vendors for marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Help in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring marketing materials comply with medical regulations.

**Administrative & Coordination**
- Support in CRM updates, lead tracking, and reporting of campaign performance.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate marketing activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical sales, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, BM; Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Results-driven with good planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and travel for field marketing when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
