We are currently going through a period of expansion within our Kuala Lumpur office and now looking for a talented
**Development Team Leader** to join our Technical Team for one of our brand - CompliSpace.

CompliSpace prides itself in keeping Australia’s most vulnerable people safe. It protects over 500,000 students and over 1 million parents and carers every day. We also work with some of Australia’s leading Aged Care and Not-For-Profit organisations, making sure that they are meeting the requirements of constantly evolving regulations.

**About the role**:

- The Team Leader role is a key member of the cross functional delivery team. It requires good technical experience, excellent communication skills and high levels of collaboration.
- You understand full stack JavaScript web development, have an appreciation of DevOps infrastructure, cloud services and modern service-based architectures.
- You will work in an agile delivery environment collaborating on problem analysis, solution design and technical task breakdowns. You will need to understand business requirements, surface technical requirements, provide task estimations and get code shipped.
- You believe in quality, automated testing, system security and engineering best practice.
- You are calm and professional in a crisis and able to work positively with others in the team stakeholders across the business, assisting in technical troubleshooting.
- You will also be leading and managing a team of Software and Senior Software Engineers through performing appraisals, monitoring performance and identifying any training needs for the team.
