Your Mission

As Vice President - Energy, South East Asia, you will be at the forefront of Alfa Laval’s energy transformation in one of our most dynamic growth regions. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive the transition to sustainable energy by leading a high-performing team, shaping market strategies, and delivering impactful solutions that support decarbonization and energy efficiency.

You will oversee a regional team of approximately 20 professionals and manage a significant revenue portfolio across South East Asia. As a member of the SEA Management Team, you will play a key role in steering the business towards long-term success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities- Champion the safe, responsible, and sustainable growth of the Energy division.- Lead the development and execution of business strategies aligned with Alfa Laval’s global sustainability goals.- Drive profitable growth through innovative sales and business development initiatives, with a strong focus on digitalization and project excellence.- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive and future-ready.- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving energy landscapes and customer needs.- Collaborate cross-functionally with central and local business units, marketing, HR, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
