The Sales Operations Specialist will work to establish and retain strong and influential external and internal stakeholder relationships. By providing professional, timely and accurate data compilation, reports and dashboards, you will maintain a professional database of metrics used for sales-related insights and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Manage, maintain and track key sales-related metrics including pre-call sales planning, sales visits, pipeline growth, sales funnel win/loss rates, sales lifecycle and sales target achievement
- Managing, maintaining and compiling sales-related data for Sales, Marketing, Training and Education, Clinical, Customer Support and any other functions as required across different platforms for data analysis, dashboarding, profiling, segmentation and reporting
- Oversee Sales portion of cross-functional compliance tracking including ongoing data entry and annual improvement initiatives
- Track and compile Customer NPS scores, touchpoints, event feedback, training attendance, purchases by product line, lifecycle, promotions, segmentation and profiles
- Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders.

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a Sales role and at least 3 years in a Sales Operations role with proficiency compiling data from different sources and software platforms, creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
- High proficiency and certification in advanced Excel and Power BI, with at least 3 years of experience in utilising SAP or any other CRM a must
- A result and success oriented mentality, highly resourceful and comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple stakeholder demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Take ownership of projects from planning through execution, having strong attention to detail, processes, measurable results and organisational skills
