About The Role
Check Point is looking for a Renewal Sales Operations Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of the APAC renewal sales organization, driving revenue retention and growth across APAC region.
The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the processes, systems, and tools that enable the APAC renewals team to efficiently execute on sales targets, and will work cross-functionally with regional sales teams, customer success, marketing, finance, and product teams to align and maximize the effectiveness of the renewal sales function.
The ideal candidate would possess extensive sales operations experience in driving renewal / subscription-based sales growth, strong background in process optimization and data analytics and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business intelligence, detailed metrics and evaluation of renewal KPIs; turn data into key insight supporting the definition and implementation of our sales strategy
- Provide support to the Global Head of Renewal Sales Operations and APAC Head of Renewal Sales in the preparation of internal and external meetings with a view to establish a coherent and well-substantiated message based on accurate data
- Lead and partner on special projects for the Global Head of Renewal Sales Operations
- Create structure and process for the APAC Head and Team Leaders of Renewal Sales to improve visibility and accountability with their direct reports
- Support and drive continuous improvement and opportunities for growth through data analysis
- Work closely with Sales, GTM, Product, Support, and Ops teams
- Maintain and foster a close partnership with the Sales, Finance, Sales Services and MIS.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations role within a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline or prior work experience in one or more of these disciplines.
- Proven success in project coordination and reporting
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and control.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with little supervision
- Detail and results-oriented; driven and self-motivated with strong initiative
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
- Experience defining and implementing KPIs and measurement systems to evaluate channel sales profitability and productivity
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive reporting and analysis is a must
- Proven ability to drive execution of programs through regular reviews of key performance metrics and enablement activities
