**Job Purpose Summary**

Operation and maintenance of medium voltage and high voltage asset such as 132KV substation, Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF) and general utilities under Central Electrical Engineering Department.

**Key Responsible**:

- Analyze existing asset performance and draw out action plant to extend asset life.
- Coordinate and follow up with external contractor for OLTC maintenance of electrical arc furnace transformer.
- Preparation of Job Report, Budget Plan, Annual Maintenance and Periodical maintenance
- Issue permit to work whenever necessary to comply electricity regulation and Energy commission
- Attend to breakdown when necessary
- Carry out condition monitoring of critical assets, oils analysis and power quality equipment
- Be part of team to carry out Energy Efficiency Projects
- Analyze the transformer reliability via transformer oil analysis.
- Install, maintained and troubleshoot of electrical system, air condition system and firefighting system.
- Ensure building electrical is maintained effectively and comply with energy commission requirement.
- Support department to manage ISO documentation and RCS audit coordination.
- Train the sub subordinate in the relevant filed.
- Project management as assigned by Head of Department (HOD)

**Job Specification**
- Certificate of competency as Chargeman Category BO/B4 issued by Energy Commission Malaysia
- Willing to be trained in Medium Voltage Automation System
- Able to read electrical schematics single line drawing.
- Good management and supervisory skills.
- At least 4 or 6 years working experience in the related field
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
