**Pre-opening for new bistro (Pork Free, Serving Alcohol) at Mytown, Kuala Lumpur in July 2025. Training from June onwards at Peaches & Cream, Ampwalk Ampang.**

**Floor managers oversee a business's front-line activities, focusing on improving operational procedures. They handle daily operations, manage employees, and ensure that customer experience and operational efficiency are maintained.**

**Job Scope**

1) General duties and responsibilities
- Manage restaurant day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines according to brand standards
- Preserve excellent level of internal and external customer service
- Responsible for minus, purchase of goods and continuously conduct necessary change/ improvement to enhance customer experience
- Identify customers needs and response proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead FOH team by coaching, training and developing talented personnel
- Align actions to achieve budget, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all statutory labour and health & safety regulations.
- Management reporting on Sales, COGS and Labour
- Ensure all cashiering policies and procedure are followed
- Ensure the daily product ordering are beyond the par level that had set in for restaurant

2) Financial management and control
- Conducts full Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly review of restaurant's financial performance
- Conducts accurate stock taking each week ensuring discrepancies on report are investigated, annotated and actioned
- Prepare weekly figure and weekly review sheets

3) Team management
- Ensure induction processes are in place to ensure all new Team Members receive proper induction and follow up reviews.
- Where applicable involvement in the recruitment process
- Sets and review objectives for all team members.
- Ensure performance appraisals are completed for all Team Members in line with the organizational expectations
- Ensure they and their teams comply with Peaches and Cream related policies and procedure
- Holds regular team meetings and briefings to cascade business developments and request feedback

4) Sales and service management
- Continually monitor service levels when on site and coaches Team Members to improve speed of Service and the delivery of the Peaches and Cream Service style
- Ensure new Team Members are inducted into the Peaches and Cream Service Style and coached to deliver the standards required
- Monitors sales performance and average spends and coaches team members to improve Sales & Service Skill (e.g. Up Selling, Add on Sales)
- Review opening/closing hours and discuss with the Head of Department ways in which to capitalize on revenue opportunities/ meet client expectations.
- Manages customer dissatisfaction issues as they occur and always ensures Customer Satisfaction are met and Customer feedback Systems are always in place (e.g. comment cards)

5) Operational management
- Drive all team members to exceed company expectations relating to all company audits & acts quickly to rectify areas for improvement
- Ensure all procedures are in place and adhered to with regards to cash handling
- Fully understands and complies with all statutory requirements (e.g. Licensing, Risk Assessments, H&S, Fire Awareness. Accident Reporting, Manual Handling, Restaurant Cleaning Schedule etc)
- Actively manages all maintenance issue - Reporting, timely follow-up, escalation.

6) Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience as Floor Manager in F&B industry.
- Experienced in manager role.
- Familiarity with F&B outlet operations and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Hospitality qualifications or relevant training are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English & Malay
- Able to work in pork free, alcohol environment.
