Salary Basic : Up to 2700 + Sales KPI bonus

Employment types: 1 year contract

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm

Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday
- Sunday), Off Day: Based on schedule given

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM graduated with at least 1 year of Tele-sales experience

Responsibility:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
- Promote products/services and explain key features clearly.
- Understand customer needs and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, or close sales directly.
- Record all customer interactions and update CRM or call logs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries or redirect them to the right department.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- On call
